Abiraterone acetate, the active ingredient of YONSA pill is that the ethanoyl radical organic compound of abiraterone. Abiraterone is AN substance of CYP17 (17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase). every YONSA pill contains one hundred twenty five mg of abiraterone acetate. Abiraterone acetate is selected with chemicals as (3β)17-(3-pyridinyl) androsta-5,16-dien-3-yl acetate.

Abiraterone acetate is micronized (smaller particle size) white to off-white, non-hygroscopic, crystalline powder. Its formula is C26H33NO2 and it's a relative molecular mass of 391.55. Abiraterone acetate may be a oleophilic compound with AN octanol-water partition constant of five.12 (Log P) and is much insoluble in water. The pKa of the aromatic chemical element is five.19.

Inactive ingredients within the tablets are disaccharide hydrate, crystalline polysaccharide, croscarmellose Na, Na lauryl sulphate, Na stearyl fumarate, butylated hydroxyanisole, butylated hydroxytoluene.


Generic Name: abiraterone acetate tablets


Yonsa Indications:

YONSA is indicated together with methylprednisolone for the treatment of patients with pathological process castration-resistant prostatic adenocarcinoma.


Yonsa Dosage:

The counseled dose of YONSA is five hundred mg (four one hundred twenty five mg tablets) administered orally once daily together with methylprednisolone four mg administered orally doubly daily.


Yonsa Side Effects:
